Focussed on ESG practices across domains with an emphasis on hospitality, Amar is a people's person with global experience in fast-paced environs & hands-on expertise in Management Consulting, Telecom, Funds management with Buck Consultants (Part of Booze Allen & Hamilton as Funds Manager), AXA, Optus/Singtel, Hospitality & Retail. Post completion of his Cost accounting & Masters from Bangalore, India, Amar on his global sojourn has developed attributes in value propositions, go to market areas, delivering on agreed measurable objectives, credit analysis, comprehensive understanding of market securitisation across infra, resources, niche markets in hospitality & renewable energy domains. Amar had a positive innings in recruitment in organizations such as Rydges World Square Sydney and Australian Public Service. He also mentored several start-ups, particularly in the Fin Tech segment. Amar was bestowed with Australian Federal Government Leadership Award and was a keynote speaker for a 104-year old Australian Retailers Institution.

Amar provides exceptional stakeholder engagement across large matrix organisations. He is a creative thinker and enjoys using lateral thinking to find unorthodox solutions. Amar is also passionate about coaching & people leadership with particular emphasis on DEI.
